Sweet 'N
Sourwood Honey

Western North Carolina · North Georgia

Eclectic sweetener for the ears and soul. Tight harmonies, solid instrumentals, and a book that runs from Americana to whatever the room wants.

Where the name comes from

Three weeks a year, on these ridges

Sourwood blooms for a few short weeks in July, and only along this stretch of the Appalachians. The bees work it hard while it lasts, and the honey that comes off it doesn't taste like anything else in the jar. We took the name on purpose.

Everybody sings. That's the whole trick.
